Our regular, fortnightly show in association with The Barefoot Broadcast - with news, guests and music from Holistic Local members, featuring on this show, the talented Roger Hanson.
Roger will talk us through his new album - Instrument of Thought (musically mantric mandalas) - and we'll be listening to a few tracks too.
"This collective work of music & art comes directly from my Soul and has emerged, bit by bit, over the past year," says Roger. "The music, text & art illustrate thoughts which I consider spiritual in nature & which have become transformative realities in my life".
"I believe we all create our own realities. I am merely sharing some of the thoughts from my own."
"It is my intention, that each thought becomes a living, breathing, musically mantric mandala - an INSTRUMENT OF THOUGHT - to be used for the highest good in the lives of those who receive it," he adds.
