vibrational healing

There's a song that came to me once in the forest - we perform it sometimes: "We are Light and we are Love - heal us Mother, heal us." Through the years our knowledge of science and theology has converged and we've evolved into better understanding that we are indeed made of Light and Love.
The healing modalities we use, whether addressing physical, mental, emotional or spiritual bodies, are becoming better understood to be working through the adjustment of vibration - because we are vibratory beings, of course.
Whether by consciously channeled healing music, or homeopathic remedies and flower essences, by the transmission of Reiki, counseling in divine Presence, or through healing visual art, divine inspiration and assistance come to us through the presence of higher vibration.
Personally, that's why we love to chant and participate in kirtans. In the sound of the holy names of God is the topmost vibration of love and light, and we are healed and transformed by it, time after time.
There are limitless names and forms of God/Goddess - for ourselves, we like to call Them and align ourselves with the vibration of perfection by chanting the ancient "Maha (Great) Mantra" -
Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare
Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare
