A quick update on Openhand recent developments:
The Openhand meditation and experiential tools continue to evolve and break through new levels helping people to surrender deeper and deeper into their authentic inner selves.
We have had truly miraculous experiences of awakening, healing and unfolding on recent courses. Our new life energy attunement process is helping people to really connect and follow their destined pathway in life. Participants are releasing blocked energy and karmic debt to embrace greater inner peace and gifts of beingness they had never thought possible.

Way of the Heart: Easter 6th-9th April
We are each guided in life to find the way of living that best serves us. However if we stray from our centre, it can lead to dissatisfaction in life. How can we prevent this from happening? How can we manifest our true destiny - the lives we were born to live? "Way of the Heart" is a four day transpersonal development course which provides a powerful and yet simple process we can apply in our daily lives to help us follow our true path - that guided by the heart...
There are still a couple of places left on the course which takes place over the Easter bank holiday from 6th-9th April at the Shekinashram in Glastonbury harnessing the natural beauty and high energy of the area.
Openhand Unity Gathering: 5th/6th May
Following on from our successful "Openhand Unity Gathering" earlier in the year, we've been asked to repeat this brief, invigorating refresher to stimulate our continued unfolding and provide the opportunity to share experiences with other awakened people. In taking a brief respite from our everyday lives, we may gain deeper insight into the issues facing us and recentre on our true life’s journey.
It takes place next on 5th/6th May in Glastonbury, a place of high energy and magical spiritual interest and costs £55 including an evening social meal on Saturday 5th.
The Transfiguration: Snowdonia 2nd-8th Jul
As the pull of the soul awakens the divinity within us, our lives can become unbalanced. Living the life of the false self, where we have identified with our personality, ceases to satisfy us and yet frequently, the soul seems to lead to greater detachment from society. It can feel like we are being pulled in two contradictory directions. This can lead to inner conflict and a roller coaster ride of emotions. As we open to the flow of divine love, we experience enormous surges of energy lifting us to wonderful peaks; food, sleep and needs of the body no longer seem necessary. Then suddenly we can be plunged into energy lows where it becomes difficult even to get out of bed in the morning. How do we resolve this situation?
It is at this point that we must go inwards and facilitate a shift of perception to experiencing ourselves as the soul the WHOLE TIME - our unique expression of the absolute. "The Transfiguration" is for people who are ready to make that journey. The course takes place from 2nd-8th July at the remote mountain retreat centre "Cae Mabon" in Snowdonia North Wales where the energy is clear and high.
