HK for Myopia, continued..

Oh blimey, I'm seeing Ben again in two weeks and I haven't updated my blog yes, so here goes.
My last HK session was at the end of Feb. More detox-type work and some groovy stuff where I had a coloured filter over my eyes, so everything looked blue. I found that relaxing. Some of the other stuff was stressful, and it's always worth remembering, if you're planning some HK, that the work is designed to help undo the stresses to the system that cause disease (dis-ease). This means that to rebalance the body, we have to recreate the stress and then 'retune' the body in the face of it. Once it's done, the stress is permanently removed and we can shift to a much healthier point of balance, clearing physical symptoms (in my case, the shortsightedness) in the process. I sometimes forget, though, that to recreate any stress is STRESSFUL! It's lucky that Ben is a very caring and capable practitioner, since I found the whole session a bit traumatic and not very comfortable. Still, I've done it and I'm proud of myself.
Remember folks, whether you experience it or bury it, that stress is in there. better out than in, I say!!!
Went to opticians at the start of March - .25 improvement in vision in one eye - well, it's a start!!
Stay well,
