London Tai Chi classes confirmed

Matthew Rochford will be teaching Tai Chi and Qigong classes in London from 13th January 2010.

Hackney
Wednesdays,10.30am-12pm (Qigong and Tai Chi Form) £10

Notting Hill
Wednesdays, 6.30-7.30pm (Qigong and simple Tai Chi) £12/£10* and 
7.45-9pm (Tai Chi Form) £15/£12*

*5 class cards £50 and £60 respectively
* do both classes for £22 or £100 for a 5 double class card

Covent Garden
Thursdays, 8am-8.40am  (Qigong and simple Tai Chi) £8/£7*.
Neals Yard Meeting Rooms, Neals Yard, Covent Garden. MAP. 

*5 class card £35

All class cards are valid for 3 months but must be shown at each class.

One to one, small group and at work sessions also available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from £50 per hour.

Instructor Training starts in London, September 2010 and last for 2 years.
