Thoughts creating reality

I have been thinking about this one a lot lately, how your thought patterns can attract different things into your life. I have read louise hay's books on thought patterns and various other spiritually minded authors on the same subject matter
. I am in the process now of trying to change my negative thoughts into positive ones, but it seems my brain is a little mischievious and likes to try and rebel against my new fangled idea of being extremely upbeat at all times! Well I shall keep on keeping on, as I am sure my brain will get used to it soon!
P.S it is really hot today, I think we might have a thunder storm coming our way- here's hoping anyway!
