Bug scored 97% on his written exam!!!
Just the oral exam and a couple of flight exams and he can come home again!!!!

Bug sent me a dozen red roses on Saturday morning and they were waiting for me when I came in from work.
He's a keeper! :-D

I didn't realised how much I'd miss Bug. Now that he's gone I'm surprised that I miss him as much as I do. Oh, he's not dead! Bug is my dearest, darling boyfriend who has disappeared to San Diego for a month. It was horrible leaving him at the airport and having to drive all the way home myself. I really was doing fine until mum called to check I'd made it home safely. As I hung up from her the tears came and I realised that I couldn't just drive up to Aberdeen to visit Bug when I felt like it. He's not there. He's 6000 miles away in San Diego enjoying the sunshine and having to go through test after test for his last lot of training.
He's done well though. He left on thursday morning (our time) and arrived in San Diego mid afternoon (their time) having been up for more than 24 hours!! I really don't understand time differences! He sat his written exam yesterday and scored 97%!!! THAT'S FANTASTIC!! I'm so proud of him and can't wait for him to come home so that we can celebrate.
I miss him though and feel as though someone is sitting on my chest everytime I think about having to say goodbye to him. Then I think about him coming home and I can't wait for the next 28 days to fly by!
My god, I was a normal human being a few months ago ... now look what he's done to me!
