The “Real Secret” Behind “The Secret”

For a long time now, many people have known about what is commonly called the Law of Attraction. The recent film “The Secret”, with the benefit of a well executed marketing campaign, has catapulted this concept onto our TV and computer screens reaching thousands and possibly millions more people.
But what of those that are frustrated with the principles outlined in the film? Seeing “The Secret” might just be like rubbing salt into the wound.
After discovering and living what might be called the “real secret”, I’ve now got a different perspective.
The Law of Attraction states that people attract everything in their life. I have experienced this principle as true. However I would add that the film is missing some essential information that could make all the difference.
Together with my colleague, Julian Hughes, we’ve produced a free report entitled “7 little known reasons why you’re still stuck, even if you’ve done lots of personal and spiritual development”. The report sets out why many people have tried to apply the principles outlined in the film and failed to get reliable results.
In “The Secret” they state that you can attract anything you want if you think positive, feel positive and have gratitude. If that were true then ALL the people who’ve been using the Law of Attraction would already have everything they want. Yet I constantly meet people who have got frustrated and disappointed with this approach because it didn’t work consistently. In fact, I got very frustrated myself! Once I discovered there was more to it than this and learned this missing information, things really started to shift in my life.
Julian said: “A key part of this missing information in the report is that the Law of Attraction actually works on many levels and much deeper than simply our thoughts and emotions. This explains why people can think and feel positively about something they want, yet not experience attracting it. It’s brilliant that “The Secret” is raising people’s awareness of the Law of Attraction and at the same time there is so much more to it.”
The report highlights that although according to “The Secret”, people can always change their feelings in an instant, this is not always possible. Let me ask you? How many times have you experienced or seen in others that they want to feel differently than they do? For instance, take when a relationship ends. For many people they can’t let go of the negative thoughts and emotions as quickly as they would like, if ever.
People are not always aware of their deeper feelings and blocks at the time. They may believe that because they don’t actively think about or have negative feelings about it, that the problem is not there.
In the report we also highlight how challenging it can be for people to fully let go of focusing on what they want. Many can be attached to what they want, therefore pushing it away. “How many times have you heard of somebody who stopped looking for another job or a relationship, then suddenly it lands in their lap?” said Julian.
It’s a common problem that people may have done lots of seminars, self-help books, complementary therapies, one-to-one coaching or training, yet still find areas of their lives stagnant or blocked in some way.
Julian said: “Many people have invested a lot of themselves in their development and want to see a return on that investment. They will benefit from reading this report and the little known – and possibly controversial - reasons that we have discovered.”
The report will also help people who want to get started on their personal and spiritual development to avoid the costly mistakes that others may have made.
