Colour Breathing and your Aura

By Jayne Walker

The aura is perceived to be like a sheath of different layers which surround the entire body and can extend for up to a few feet. it is not still but moves and changes as we do, depending on our activity and mood.
The aura can be understood as an electrical magnetic field which although normally invisible to the naked eye has been proven to exist with Kirilean photography.
Every living thing emits these subtle vibrations - including plants and is sometimes referred to as 'life force'.
Organically grown fruit and veg have a more powerful life force , which in turn strengthen our own vitality.
It is interesting to note that microwave cooking destroys this life force and are therefore no longer beneficial for us.

Charismatic people always have powerful aura's and maybe this is why we always react in a positive way without knowing why ( until now!)

We are drawn to different colours in our daily lives and may be drawn to specific ones for their therapeutic effects.

Try the following colour breathing exercises :-

FOR ENERGY & COURAGE: INHALE RED - EXHALE BLUE
FOR WISDOM: INHALE BLUE - EXHALE RED
FOR CONFIDENCE: INHALE ORANGE - EXHALE INDIGO
FOR SIGNIFICANT DREAMS: INHALE INDIGO - EXHALE ORANGE
FOR CALM: INHALE GREEN - EXHALE TURQUOISE
FOR SPIRITUAL OR PSYCHIC AWARENESS: INHALE TURQUOISE - EXHALE GREEN
FOR INTUITION: INHALE VIOLET - EXHALE YELLOW
FOR COMMUNICATION: INHALE YELLOW - EXHALE VIOLET
FOR PEACE AND PROTECTION: INHALE WHITE - EXHALE WHITE
