What is Past Life Regression?
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - Past life regression is a technique that uses hypnosis to recover what most practitioners believe is the memories of past lives or incarnations.

Not a bad interpretation of past life regression. Past life regression is a process where you are taken, or you take someone else, using hypnosis, back in time. This is achieved through the memories stored in the subconscious, those memories being the ones of previous lives.
Past regression will allow you to embark on your own personal trip into your own past lives. It will help you unlock doors within your mind helping you, perhaps, understand who you are today.

Our character is a representation of who we truly are. It is made up of a culmination of the experiences we have had during our total existence in this life and others. These experiences have an effect on our behaviour and how we perceive life. Forgotten experiences from the past can in some cases, contribute to emotional traumas which in turn could cause psychological problems.

Past life regression can help in the releasing and acceptance of these repressed thoughts and bring about a beneficial change in your current life.

Undertaking regression and exploring your past lives can present you with a complete new understanding of your own character. You may start to realise why you are drawn to certain places or have a particular interest in something or someone. Perhaps it will even offer you an explanation to that Déjà vu feeling.

Curiosity tends to be the main reason for people wanting to experience there past lives. Some past life existences can be pieced together, producing accurate names, dates and places; details can then be researched and authenticated, making the experience even more enjoyable.

Soul Astrology tells us that our Soul Sign is different from our Sun Sign, and we have the same Soul Sign for up to 8 lifetimes. Dolores Cannon's work on past life regression supports everything I have learned and intuited from Soul Astrology. (If you are interested, I recomend her Convoluted Universe books) Soul Astrology tells us that we will experience a spiritual awakening during this age, as we each experience ourselves on an individual level, to be soul-centred beings. It seems to me that past life regression is another tool that has come along at the right time to help us to remember who we are. It is certainly a fascinating topic! We carry the body memory of all our experiences, and this is reflected in our emotional reactions to people and situations. So Karen, the specific details of your past-life are not as important as the emotions you felt/ are feeling about it. That is the key to understanding its' relevance to your current life. Thursday, September 9th, 2010 4:00 PM i was in a sychic circle 1 evening and was told by the medium leadin that i was a maid in tutbury castle an the master of the castle killed me and i ended up in the well, shame i cant remember more detail or looked into it thoroughly as another medium sat in the circle was the lady of the castle an alway took to me an also told me she has a strong connection to me.... i wasnt to sure about this as i am not a medium and was there to try an help or even grow my sychic experiences. but was also told by spirit to look up in the corner to see the bright sparks to prove spirit was there an told me wenever i see the sparks or blobs its spirit with me.....
