People buy from people they like, value and respect.
So be that person. The more authentic you are, the more real and true to yourself, the more people will relate to you.
Business is about people. Period. And the first person is YOU. Be yourself. Constantly learn and grow into yourself. Personal development is your highest business priority. You will not find this in any business book (except the LifeShift books), but personal failings are behind every business failure and difficulty.
There are no business or career problems, just personal issues thinly disguised.
ACTION: Find a good counsellor/executive director with significant business experience and counselling (mostly listening and clarifying skills) qualifications. Make them part of your business, to help especially with decisions and changes.
