Face Exercise - A Fresh Approach!
By William Penderis
Weight loss, weight gain, ageing, inactivity and bad posture control can cause many people to realise that their facial profile or jaw line is not as attractive as it used be, or it definitely needs immediate improvement.
The first remedy that normally comes to mind at that time is a lotion or other skin treatment which is used to varying degrees of success.
The next consideration, after plastic surgery have been rejected as too costly or inconvenient, is exercise.
Which exercise to use have to be considered again, since there are many different face and/or neck exercises available.
There are also various pieces of equipment for sale that that can be used for improving a facial profile.
Face exercises are available everywhere, in most cases they are offered as free face exercises as a drawing card to sell another product.
But just how good are these exercises for the user?
Most of those exercises have one thing in common, and that appears to ask the user to stretch the facial muscles and in some cases even require the user to pull the neck skin downward.
Compare these exercises to another exercise, for instance the development of 6 pack abs. Do any of the prescribed exercises for developing 6 pack abs require the user to push out the stomach or manipulate the abdominal skin in any way? No, they do not!
Would the user of face exercises benefit by stretching the facial or neckline skin manually?
Stretching the facial muscles with exercises cannot be good either, as that would lengthen the muscles and make them droop or sag even further!
