A Manifestation Tool for the New Year

Happy New Year everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful transition into the New Year?

Have you set your personal intentions?

Start your list today if you haven’t already.

Here are some of mine:

“To grow in confidence & self-belief so I can stand fully in my potential.”
“To keep up with my inner, emotional/energetic housekeeping so I can stay clear & present.”
“To regularly & gently push beyond my comfort zones”
“To have more fun with my loved ones.”
“To ask for help when I need it.”

Visualising a successful end result to those intentions is one of the most powerful things you can use your imagination for, so give it a try. Your imagination is the gateway to your intuition. Your intuition is the doorway to your magnificence.

Here are some ways to make your intentions & visualisations really powerful:

Imagine a movie of yourself doing what you need to do to fulfil your intention. If you don’t know how yet just allow an image to form in your mind, make something up. See yourself taking the steps, doing what needs to be done & doing it easily & joyfully.

See yourself in that same movie now but with your intention already fulfilled. How do you look? How are you standing? Walking? How do you talk? How are you different or ‘more’? How is life different or ‘more’?

Now imagine stepping into yourself in that picture, stepping fully into the picture, into your body. How do you feel from the inside? How do you feel about yourself? How do you feel about life? What has changed?

Now simply intend to bring all those positive qualities & energy back with you into the here & now. Know that it is done in the asking then let it all go & get on with your day.

You’ve planted the seeds now watch them grow.

And so it is.
