Consciously Entering Your Day

First thing in the morning when you have just woken up, take a few moments before jumping out of bed.
Many people with enhanced senses do a lot of processing (for themselves & loved ones) in their sleep as well as journeying out of body or doing work in consciousness for local or global community healing.
This can mean that when you wake up you are not properly in your body. Jumping up too quickly can unbalance you for the whole day.
So when you wake up try the following to get you grounded, centred & calm for your day ahead:
1. Lay still on your back for a few moments taking deep breaths.
2. Place one hand flat over your heart chakra in the centre of your chest & one hand over your belly button. Feel the warmth from your hands, hold yourself with kindness.
3. Take 3 deep breaths into your heart chakra area under your top hand. Just letting go on the out-breath like letting a balloon float to the floor.
4. Then take 3 deep breaths into your belly area under your other hand. Letting go on the out
breath as above.
5. Return to the three breaths into your heart chakra then into your belly for as long as you need.
6. While breathing take a moment to notice your own body. How is it feeling this morning?
7. Gently scan with your attention from the top of your head right down to your toes. You are
just feeling your own body from the inside, noticing it without judgement, with loving kindness & simply saying "good morning body".
8. When you are ready to get up, make a conscious effort to move your body slowly, gently & purposefully. Remember to breathe & be gentle with yourself & your body as you gradually
enter your day.
9. Make a choice & a declaration as you begin your day: "Something wonderful is happening today!"
