Be an Earth Keeper- have you considered eco menstrual products?
As women we spend an average of 6.5 years of our lives bleeding. Most women in the world have no access to the luxury of ‘disposable’ sanitary towels and tampons but the average woman in the 'developed' world uses about 17,000 of these products during her life.
Taboos about menstruation have led to expensive, wasteful, polluting sanitary items, which bring unnecessary health and environmental problems.

Brand new phytonutrient rich, soy based product - ‘TianTian’
Cornish company Ecoflow Plc has launched a brand new phytonutrient rich, soy based product called ‘TianTian’ that is set to take the ‘wellness’ market completely by storm because as independent distributor Alison Rees says ”It is extremely good for you but it tastes as if it shouldn’t be” With obesity and related health problems on the increase, Alison is on a campaign to get everyone thinking seriously about diet and well being. She said: “The huge nutritional benefits of soy protein have been widely acknowledged for decades. In fact the evidence for soy protein to promote heart health has convinced organisations such as the British and the American Heart Association to encourage the consumption of soy as part of a healthy diet.”

Nearly every day in our lives, if we are out and about, we will run into people who are unpleasantness, obnoxious and downright nasty. It could be on the roads, in the supermarket, in the workplace or any other location where we come into contact with people with differing views. Perhaps those people see us as unpleasantness, obnoxious and downright nasty and maybe sometimes we are, knowingly or unknowingly, the agitators.

The Vernal Equinox and New Beginnings
After experiencing the frigid temperatures and snow here on the east coast, I’m looking forward to the arrival of Spring. As the days grow longer, the Vernal Equinox on March 20th marks the first day of Spring. We also refer to this time as the Spring Equinox. In days of olde, the Spring Equinox marked a place in time when seeds would literally be planted and then food would be harvested at the Autumn Equinox on or about September 23rd.
Figuratively speaking, we see the arrival of Spring as a fertile time for new beginnings.

Understanding Disease
This is the most significant piece you'll ever read on disease! As varied and complex as “diseases” appear to be, all disease is the result of malfunctioning cells. There is only one disease (cellular malfunction) and there are only two causes of disease: deficiency and toxicity. Cells lacking what they need or exposed to something harmful will malfunction. Unless cells malfunction, there can be no disease. Preventing or reversing disease is about preventing and reversing cellular malfunction.
