Science has shown that we all dream every night, even if we don't remember them.  Essentially, if you're sleeping, then you're definitely dreaming. 
 
However, your dreaming may well be affected by poor sleep and if you're not getting enough sleep then other things, such as your memory and your performance may well be affected too.
 
Did you know it is estimated that sleep disorders affect approximately 770,000 people in the United Kingdom and that one in three of us will suffer from insomnia during our lifetime?  So, how well are you sleeping?  See how well you do, answering these questions based on recent events:
