I had to have my addiction to corporate life ripped away before I woke up to how little living gets done when you work 70 hours a week. Be kind, leave the world a better place than you found it and given the choice between going to work or the beach, go to the beach!

My Inspirations: I am not partial to heroes, but people like Wayne Dyer, Caroline Myss, Ekert Tolle and others who are committed to transforming our planet are to be admired.
Music I Love: I love music with the exception of Hip Hop, Rap. I have everything from Prince to Sting to Classical to Jazz in my CD collection
Movies I Love: What the Bleep Do We Know, FoodMatters!, The Rings Trilogy, 4 Weddings and a Funeral, Closer, Braveheart, The Matrix

Books I Love: too numerous to count. In the context of the life I have adopted, I think the most influential book that I have read in the past decade has been The Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot.
Places I Love: The Beach in Southern California, Sedona (except for the Main drag which has now been despoiled), Sante Fe, Taos and any place in the Rockies, Charleston SC
